Artwork Quality Guarantee:
If the artwork doesn't align with the depiction on our official website, we assure you of a complete refund.

Shipping Damage:
In the unfortunate event that your artwork is damaged during transit, you have the option to request a free replacement or opt for a full refund.

Art Return Policy for Customized Orders:
For art customized in terms of color or size, returns are not accepted once you have received the painting. Returns for customized artworks will incur a $100 material fee before shipping.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
We extend a 30-day no-risk money-back guarantee on all orders. In case of a return, we will organize the collection and return shipment of the artwork; you will only be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Conditions for Return:
To initiate a return, please ensure the following criteria are met:

  • The request is made within 30 days of receiving the artwork.
  • The artwork remains in the condition it was received, and is repackaged in its original packaging or similar protective packaging.
  • For damaged artworks, photographs documenting the damage are required to help us understand what went wrong with the shipment.

*If the original packaging was insufficient, please repackage the artwork as securely as possible, and ensure to document this for insurance reasons.

Please note: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return, followed by an additional 14 days to complete the return process. We are unable to refund you if more than 30 days have passed since the receipt date.To return an item, please email info@artsyoo.com with the subject "Returns" and include your order number, name and reason for return.

Space Incompatibility:
If the artwork is not suitable for the intended space within your home (the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs), a full refund will be processed once the artwork is received back at our facility.

Custom orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.

We only accept cancellations within 48 hours of order placement.

Orders that do not respond to an approval request within 72 hours are not eligible for a refund or cancellation.

Approval email:

Once the customer places an order, the customer will be sent an email with a sample of the painting, including video and multiple photos, for approval. In any case, if these sample emails are not answered within 24 hours, two follow-up emails will be sent to the customer after every 24 hours. Regardless, if this last follow-up email is not answered within 24 hours, we will move on to the next step in the painting process to complete the order. Customers who do not respond to the last sample follow-up email within 24 hours will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@artsyoo.com.
